Below you'll find our ban appeals form, the contents of which will be emailed directly to Abigail. All fields are mandatory and your answers play a vital role in our decision. Before filling out the form, there are a view things that all banned members seeking redemption should take into account:

• All decisions are final. No ifs, ands, or buts. If we do not revoke your ban, you cannot appeal a second time.
